The California Government is constituted according to a structure. It is consisting of three distinct branches: the legislative, executive, state ca and judicial. Each branch has its own responsibilities and works independently to ensure a balance of power. The lawmaking branch, headed by the General Legislature, is responsible for enacting laws. T
